Counselling
I work with teens, adults, and couples who are carrying the weight of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and grief. My goal is to offer a space that feels safe, respectful, and genuinely caring, where you don’t have to hold everything together on your own.
My main framework is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps us notice the patterns between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours and gently shift the ones that are keeping you stuck. I also use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and EMDR to work directly with traumatic memories and the beliefs that formed around them, so the past can feel less overwhelming and you can move through life with more ease.
In our work together, I’m warm, collaborative, and down‑to‑earth. We’ll set clear goals, move at a pace that feels safe, and build practical tools you can use between sessions—whether you’re navigating recent events or long‑standing struggles. Above all, I want you to feel seen, understood, and supported as you move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and connected.
